Pricing Overview
InFlow is available as a direct purchase or through the lease program. Most customers — especially teams and organizations that want a hassle-free experience — find the lease program to be the better long-term value.

Lease Program Pricing
What's included in the lease:
- Fresh, refurbished InFlow units on a 3 month rotation
- Extra InFlow cartridges for "hot-swaps" to avoid downtime
- All maintenance handled by Intake Health (charging, humidity reset)
- Prepaid return shipping labels
- Return kits for shipping old units back
- Ongoing support

Purchase vs. Lease: Which Is Right for You?
Choose Purchase If:
- You have staff capacity to manage periodic charging and humidity maintenance
- You want a one-time cost with no ongoing fees
- You need only 1–3 units (small setup)
- You prefer to own your equipment outright
Choose Lease If:
- You want zero maintenance burden — no charging, no desiccant kits
- You want the assurance of always having fresh, fully functional units
- You are deploying 4+ units and managing a team or facility
- You want a predictable annual cost
- Your staff is already stretched and doesn't have bandwidth for device management
Volume Discounts
For orders at the master carton level (64 units), a 15% discount is available off standard per-unit pricing. This is most relevant for large facility rollouts, industrial deployments, or multi-team setups.

Purchasing Process
Direct Orders
InFlow can be purchased directly from Intake Health. Contact support@intake.health or visit www.intake.health to place an order. Units ship immediately from in-stock inventory.
Distributor / Reseller Orders
InFlow is available through select distributors and resellers. If your organization requires procurement through a third-party vendor, Intake Health can provide a formal written quote for your procurement department.
To request a formal quote, contact support@intake.health with:
- Your name and organization name
- Billing/shipping address
- Quantity needed
- Whether you're interested in purchase or lease
International Orders

Common Purchasing Scenarios
A pro sports team wants 16 units for their locker room:
- Recommended: Lease at $5,220/year for 8 active units + 8 spares on rotation, or purchase 16 units with master carton pricing.
- Best fit: Lease, since athletic training staff rarely has time to manage maintenance.
An oil rig wants to cover 8 urinals across two floors:
- Recommended: 8 units or lease.
- Consider purchasing extra units as backup for 24-hour operations.
A university athletic department wants to outfit multiple sports:
- Start with 4–8 units for the primary sports, then expand.
